Red Sox Foundation & MGH – Ride For Our Heroes 9.22.12

A True Motorcycle Enthusiast Event!

New England-area motorcycle enthusiasts are kick-starting their bikes and riding in the 2012 Ride for Our Heroes on Saturday, September 22. The Ride for Our Heroes is a true motorcycle enthusiast event honoring our nation’s service members, veterans and their families, while raising vital funds for the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program.

Riders are encouraged to make fundraising for the Home Base Program an important part of their event participation. Prizes will be awarded for reaching fundraising goals. Every dollar helps to make a difference in the lives of New England veterans and their families.

The Ride features three starting points from locations throughout New England and will kick-off with an opening ceremony and acknowledgement of local military heroes. The Ride concludes with the WZLX Ride for Our Heroes Party at Fort Devens in Devens, MA.
